My Mission

I help singers build voices they can trust - on stage, in the studio, and at home.
After navigating vocal nodules and a polyp myself, I rebuilt my voice with science-based training and consistent habits. Now I teach the same approach: notice your patterns, replace them with healthy technique, and practice in small, doable steps. My studio is supportive, practical, and results-oriented - so you leave every lesson knowing what to work on and why it works.

Professional Training

I’m an international performer and vocal coach giving singing lessons in Somerville and Boston.

I trained in jazz singing at the Royal Conservatoire in The Hague and later dove deep into

Estill-informed technique to understand mix, belt, and resonance without strain. I’ve also done extensive acting training, which shows up in how I teach phrasing, storytelling, and honest performance.
My own injury and recovery shaped my approach: I explain things clearly, I give you tools you can feel in your body, and I set you up with short, realistic practice plans. I’ve worked across Europe and the U.S., and I bring that wide perspective into the room - curious, supportive, and focused on what moves the needle for your voice.

Flexible Options — In Person (Somerville) or Online

You can follow singing lesson with me in Somerville studio (easy from Boston, Cambridge, Medford, Arlington) or online from anywhere.  Every session ends with a simple plan so you know exactly what to practice and why.

Styles & Genres

I teach across Musical Theatre, Pop, Indie/Folk, Jazz, and contemporary commercial styles. We’ll keep the technique healthy while shaping the sound you love - clean mix, expressive phrasing, steady pitch, and the kind of resonance that carries without pushing. If you’re prepping for an audition or a recording day, we’ll choose keys and cuts, dial in style, and polish the details so you feel ready.

My Mission:

To help people feel at home in their voice.

After rebuilding my own voice, I teach with empathy and evidence - simple tools you can repeat,
healthy technique you can trust, and coaching that turns “I hope this works” into “I know how to do this."

Hi there,
I'm Dom

SINGING TEACHER | VOCAL COACH

Dominika’s singing lessons are always fun and relaxed! You’re free to choose what you want to sing, but she always has a clear plan for each lesson. She really understands what you want to learn and knows exactly how to teach it.

Dominika’s enthusiasm for singing and music is incredibly contagious! I even dare to sing more during the lessons than I do at home—which I never would have imagined when I first started singing lessons.

Evelien V.
- The Hague, NL

Dominika teaches directly from the heart. With enthusiasm and respect, she approaches her students and her lessons are always full of joy.  She is flexible to handle all kinds of different questions, about singing, playing the piano, theoretical issues about chords, and even things like public speaking. I always leave the lessons with more self-respect and knowledge of music.
When I was a kid, the piano lessons which I took sometimes became an obligation. But with Dominika that never happened, because she deals with what is in the here and now.  One of the finest things in her teaching is the willingness to focus on the details of specific difficult notes and to help to master them. Sometimes we repeat a single phrase several times, and that makes real progress possible.
